How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 4 to 6 business days. After that, delivery takes about 5 to 10 business days for the USA and 7 to 15 business days internationally.

When should I place my order for a party?
We recommend ordering at least 2 to 3 weeks before your event date to allow time for both processing and shipping. During busy seasons (holidays, back-to-school, wedding season), consider ordering even earlier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, they may ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages on different dates. Each package has its own tracking number.
If you haven't received the rest of your order within the expected shipping window, please contact us.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2 to 3 business days after receiving your tracking number for updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?
Yes — as long as your order hasn't entered the fulfillment process. Contact us at support@zivvoparty.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Once processing has begun or the order has shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please email us immediately at support@zivvoparty.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to update it.
Please note that ZIVVO is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrectly entered addresses.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we'll contact you within 2 business days and offer you the choice of a similar replacement, waiting for restock, or a full refund for that item.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for a fast, secure checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure checkout system with SSL encryption. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and applicable local regulations. You'll see the exact amount before completing your purchase.
Are your party supplies suitable for all ages?
Most of our products are suitable for all ages, but some items (such as small decorations, candles, or balloons) may pose a choking or safety hazard for young children. Please check individual product descriptions for age recommendations and adult supervision notes.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Are your products reusable or single-use?
It varies by item. Reusable products (like themed decor, banners, or centerpieces) can be enjoyed for multiple events, while single-use items (like paper tableware, balloons, or confetti) are designed for one celebration. Product descriptions include this information.
Can I mix and match themes for one party?
Absolutely! Many of our customers love mixing themes to create their own unique look. Check out our "By Style" and "Shop by Occasion" collections for inspiration.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@zivvoparty.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Please note that photo evidence is required to process damage claims.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item received. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away at no cost to you.
Do you offer returns for change of mind?
Yes — we accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned even if unopened:
- Balloons and inflatables
- Confetti and paper decorations
- Personalized or custom items
- Opened tableware or party sets

My package looks lost. What can I do?
If your tracking shows no updates for an extended period, please contact us at support@zivvoparty.com with your order number. We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve the issue.

You can reach us anytime at support@zivvoparty.com. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days. For faster help, please include your order number in your message.
Do you have a physical store?
ZIVVO is an online-only store, which allows us to offer a wider selection and better prices. All orders are shipped directly to your door.
