Shipping & Delivery
Party day is coming — and we want to make sure your ZIVVO essentials arrive right on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 4 to 6 business days (checked, packed, and forwarded to logistics). During holiday seasons, seasonal drops, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Planning a party? We recommend placing your order at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance to allow for both processing and shipping.

International delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Multiple Packages
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. This means you may receive your order in multiple packages arriving on different dates.
If you've only received part of your order, please allow a few additional business days for the remaining items to arrive. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your celebration essentials every step of the way.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days after receiving your tracking number for updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@zivvoparty.com as soon as possible with your order number.
We can accept cancellations before your order enters the fulfillment process. Once processing has begun or the order has shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible — please refer to our Returns policy.
Order Changes
Any changes to your order — including shipping address updates, item modifications, or quantity adjustments — should be requested as soon as possible after purchase.
Once processing has begun, changes may not be possible. To request a change, please email us right away with your order number and the details of what needs to be updated.
Out of Stock & Backorders
Due to high demand or supplier variability, occasionally an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. If this happens, we will:
• Contact you within 2 business days to notify you of the issue
• Offer you the choice of a similar replacement item, waiting for restock, or a full refund for the affected item
• Continue processing the rest of your order as usual, unless you request otherwise
We work hard to keep our inventory accurate, but we appreciate your understanding when supplier issues arise.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at support@zivvoparty.com with your order number and we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. ZIVVO is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost items caused by an incorrectly entered address. Refunds cannot be issued in these cases.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at your expense or issue a refund for the item cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).
